What is Little Athletics?
Little Athletics is a uniquely Australian sport for children 5-16 years (and Tiny Tots for 3 and 4 year olds); it is based upon the sport of track and field athletics with events specially modified to suit the ages and abilities of children. Little Athletics aims to develop children of all abilities by promoting positive attitudes and a healthy lifestyle through family and community involvement in athletic activities. Little Athletics is the Foundation for all Sports; it offers young people activities and skills that will stand them in good stead for their sporting future.
A wide range of running, jumping, throwing and walking events is conducted at Centre, Regional and State levels. The Little Athletics philosophy is about family, fun and fitness.

u9-17 6pm - 8:30pm
SUNDAY STRENGTH (OPTIONAL)
